2024 It's Time

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and check out my website. I am going to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and give a brief update on my vision for the 2024 campaign.

I am 35 years old. I am a husband and father to three children ages 8,4, and 1. I am a

Registered Environmental Health Specialist employed by the Minnesota Department of Health for 11 years conducting food, pool, and lodging inspections. I graduated from Valley City State University in 2012 with three Bachelor’s degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Health Science. I have lived in Bemidji since May of 2013.

I have loved my time living in Beltrami County and this community has been very good to my

family and me. It is my belief that Beltrami County is a great place to live, raise a family, start a business, and pursue boundless opportunities. However, as Theodore Roosevelt put it, “Nothing worth having comes easy.” Our area also faces great challenges. My policy focus for the campaign is Mental Health, Public Safety, and Economic Development. These are issues that need to be championed, but they are just a few of the many issues that are important to the residents of District 2 and I am excited for the opportunity to begin this campaign and have these important conversations. This is why I am running for Beltrami County commissioner. I feel a deep call to serve this community that I care so much about and hope to bring a sense of strong servant leadership to District 2. I want to ensure that every resident of District 2 knows that they are heard and that they matter. I want to pursue not just specific policy changes but leave a legacy of good works (inspire the vision of others, lead with integrity, empower the members of the community) that will impact people's lives now and into the future.
